Luke Prohaska | Founder & CEO

Propel’s founder, Luke Prohaska, has been in the construction industry for over 20 years. His passion for multi-family construction developed upon graduating from Baylor University, as he went on to work for several multi-family general contractors and developers across the country. Luke established Propel Build (formerly Prohaska Construction) in 2016 and began successfully developing spec homes and acting as GC on personal and investment properties. As the North Oak Cliff area in Dallas began re-developing, Propel developed its first multi-family project on Kings Highway. This project propelled the company into its specialty in the niche market of building boutique apartment developments. Since then, Luke has spent the last decade building and renovating residential, multifamily, senior living, and religious facilities across North and East Texas.
